Washington County residents divided over police department change

Leaders in Robinson Township, Washington County, have voted to cut ties with the police department that's been patrolling their area for more than 20 years because of rising costs. The board of supervisors voted 2-1 to approve a new contract with the neighboring Mount Pleasant Township Police Department. KDKA-TV's Shelley Bortz has more.
