The law that kept Pittsburgh-area dad Bryan Hagerich locked up in Turks and Caicos was just amended after pressure from Pittsburgh-area Congressman Guy Reschenthaler and Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman, who went to the islands with a congressional delegation.
