McCormick declares victory, though CBS News has not projected winner
Despite incredibly close results and ballots still hanging in the balance, Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick is celebrating victory. And to make sure his win counts, McCormick is suing over some of the votes that have yet to be counted. KDKA-TV's Barry Pintar reports.
