Lawsuit says Washington County deliberately hid decisions to invalidate some mail-in ballots
Seven Washington County residents and two local organizations have sued the Washington County commissioners, saying their mail-in ballots in the April primary were disqualified without notice, disenfranchising them. KDKA-TV's Jon Delano reports.
