Ferris wheel is star of Pittsburgh's new Oktoberfest celebration
The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership is kicking off the inaugural Oktoberfest celebration in the heart of downtown. Katie O'Malley is getting a preview of the star of the show and huge Ferris wheel on the Roberto Clemente Bridge.
