It's Celina's first day back and we're celebrating with a plate of garbage. Ok, it's totally not what you think. It's actually a dish that was made famous in Rochester, New York. A new restaurant in Pittsburgh, called Pilez, is breathing new life into the old home of Mad Mex right off of Pitt's campus.
