Allegheny County road crews 'ready for upcoming storm event'
As winter weather prepares to blanket the Pittsburgh area, Allegheny County and the city of Pittsburgh are preparing to get out and keep the roads clear. City officials are planning for the worst and hoping for the best. KDKA-TV's Ricky Sayer reports.
