Allegheny County Council committee passes amendment to lower property tax proposal
It was the largest proposed property tax increase in the history of Allegheny County, and Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato said there would be mass layoffs and service cuts without it. But now council members say they can cut that increase almost in half without reducing staff or services. KDKA-TV's Andy Sheehan reports.
