Nancy Bartsch, 74, of Neshannock Township, says that all she wanted last Friday morning was to pick up a loaf of bread and some dog food at the Giant Eagle on Wilmington Road. Nancy was waiting for a shopper to close the car door so she could pull into the adjacent spot when someone cut her off, taking the space.
