WVU Football Coach Talks About Regaining National Prominence
PITTSBURGH (Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN ) -- Dana Holgorsen joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN to talk about the state of the WVU football program.
Holgorsen started the conversation saying his team has gone through many transitions and credits the coaching staff as well as the players for the improvements they have made, saying the state of WVU football is good right now.
When asked about the divided locker room, Holgorsen said he told his team if they want to win, they better get on the same page as him quickly, and thinks everyone in the locker room is now a unit.
Holgorsen spoke very confidently about their schedule this season saying no one frightens them and they will approach each game expecting to win. He also talked about national prominence, saying this is the year they expect to win and want to work for a national championship.
The coach ended the conversation talking about the work their program needs to continue doing during camp in order to meet the expectations they have as a team.
