PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - It has been radio silence for WQED-FM for the past couple of days.
According to the station, its transmission line was damaged about 350 feet up at their tower in Oakland.
The transmission line will likely not be fixed until Thursday.
Despite the radio silence, WQED is still broadcasting classical music on the internet, the station's mobile app, and over smart speakers.
