Unconscious Woman Abandoned At Gas Station Being Treated For Possible Overdose
CONWAY (KDKA) -- A woman abandoned at a Beaver County gas station is being treated at a local hospital for a possible overdose.
According to emergency dispatchers, the incident was first reported at 5:40 p.m. at the Marathon Service Station on Route 65 in Conway.
A driver pulled into the gas station, he got out of the car and walked around to the passenger side where he opened the door and pulled out the unconscious woman.
A clerk inside got quite the surprise when the man told her to call an ambulance because he thought the woman overdosed. The driver then took off.
An eyewitness told KDKA-TV News he thought the woman was dead, as he saw her lying on the ground and not moving.

When paramedics arrived, it took them several attempts before they could revive her.
She was conscious and breathing when transported to the Beaver Valley Medical Center, where she is now recovering.
Police want to look at the gas station's surveillance video to try to identify the driver of the white car.
The woman has been released from the hospital. She will be interviewed by police.
Meanwhile, police have identified the man and are going to talk to him as well.
At this point, police are not sure if charges will be filed.
While what happened was unethical, police will likely confer with the Beaver County District Attorney's Office before deciding on possible criminal charges.
