Will Pirates End 6-Game Losing Streak?

Pittsburgh (KDKA)- The Pirates are hoping that Charlie Morton can end their season-high six game losing streak.

PIRATES/REDS GAMEDAY NOTES:
*Pirates are 3-7 in their last 10 games and 6-8 in their last 14..

*Have the exact same record as last year after 41 games (18-23)

*In his first seven starts, Charlie Morton has recorded 77.4% of his outs via a ground ball, which ranks first in the Majors...

*This is Pittsburgh's second and final trip to Cincinnati for the 2011 season....It's the earliest they've wrapped up their season series in Cincinnati since May 7, 1981

*Pirates are 9-4 overall against every team in the NL Central with the exception of the Brewers...

*The Bucs have scored 92 runs away from home this year, which ranks fourth in the league behind St. Louis (142), San Diego (106) and San Francisco (96)

*The Pirates are 41-38 since Great American Ball Park opened in 2003, the most wins by any opponent....Offensively, the Bucs have scored a total of 349 runs at Great American, which ranks second among all visiting teams behind the Cardinals (357)

*The Pirates have allowed nine home runs in the last four games, which has accounted for 13 of the 26 runs opponents have scored against them in that time

*Ryan Doumit has produced a .389 batting average this year while batting with runners in scoring position.....

*Neil Walker's 22 RBIs currently ranks tied for fourth in the Majors among second baseman behind Brandon Phillips (26), Robinson Cano (25) and Orlando Cabrera (24)
