WFAN's Joe Benigno & Evan Roberts Preview Jets-Steelers
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) -- With the Steelers facing the New York Jets on Sunday at Heinz Field, WFAN midday hosts Joe Benigno and Evan Roberts made their return to The Fan Morning Show to discuss the matchup and all the drama surrounding the Jets this season.
Evan said that, given how Mark Sanchez played against the Bills, the Jets probably didn't reveal their hand last week in regards to their Tim Tebow-centered Wildcat package.
"I don't think we really saw how the Jets are going to use him [in the future] in the Buffalo game," he explained.
He and Joe felt that the Jets may continue to mostly hold off on using Tebow if Sanchez continues to succeed.
Joe noted that it looks like Darrelle Revis (mild concussion) won't make the trip.
They also talked about the Jets stealing attention from the reigning-champion New York Giants, and had some fun catching up with Gregg (who was once their producer).
