Water Main Break Impacts Route 51 Commute
OVERBROOK (KDKA) – A water main break in Overbrook caused some delays for commuters Monday morning.
According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, a 10-inch cast iron pipe broke on Route 51.
A total of five businesses were affected by the break, but Pennsylvania American Water crews hope to have service restored this afternoon.
The right lane of the inbound side of Route 51 between Maytide and Whited Streets was affected by the break.
