PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- It's time for Friday night football under the lights in Western Pennsylvania!
The Steel City High School Football Showcase game of the week is here with the West Mifflin Titans taking on the Avonworth Antelopes.
West Mifflin got off to a rough start with three losses to open the season, but have bounced back with two straight wins, most recently giving Beaver it's first loss of the season with a 28-16 win at home last Friday night.
Avonworth, on the other hand, have been one of the hotter teams in the WPIAL this season, off to an undefeated 5-0 start, including a non-conference win against perennial powerhouse Central Valley and a 38-0 shutout win last Friday night against South Park.
