You release the shot and watch as it travels through an arc and drops through nothing but net. Every kid's dream right? A scenario you've probably simulated a million times in the driveway growing up. Well, for Northern Iowa's senior forward Paul Jesperson, that dream became reality tonight.
Jesperson's 11th seeded Panthers were tied with the 6th seeded Texas Longhorns at 72 following an Isaiah Taylor floater with 2.7 seconds left. Jesperson got the inbound and well, the video is just so much better than words. Enjoy.

That moment will be forever ingrained in the annals of NCAA Tournament history as the Panthers win 75-72 to advance to the Round of 32. Jesperson had 14 points in the game one of four Panthers players in double figures. But, more importantly, let's see how the sports world reacted shall we?
