BUTLER, Pa. (KDKA) - Three people are hurt and hospitalized after a barrage of bullets rang out at a mall on Wednesday night.
Sources tell KDKA that one victim is in Allegheny General Hospital as of Wednesday morning and state police have said all three victims have minor injuries and the shooter is in custody.
Police arrested 24-year-old Carlos Gonzalez Carril for shooting the three victims. He is charged with criminal homicide. The victims are 19-year-old Damian Blystone, 21-year-old Ryan Ehrman and a juvenile male.
Police say it started around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday when Carril got into an argument with the three victims inside the Rural King. It then spilled out into the Clearview Mall parking lot. Police paperwork says both groups flashed guns before getting into their cars. Shots were then fired.
Police identified an SUV in the parking lot that had two windows shot out on the driver's side.
"There's a number of gunshots, tens of shots into that vehicle," Trooper Bob Long said.

Police say the three victims went back inside the store after being shot. One was shot in the back of the head and torso, one was shot in the torso, and one was shot back of the head. All three injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
When police interviewed Carril, he told them his driver's door was shot at by two of the victims and he shot back twice. But police could not find any bullet holes or damage to his car or injuries to him or any of his passengers.
During the shooting, the Boscov's nearby went on lockdown around 7 p.m. to protect shoppers, leaving them in disbelief.
"It's pretty sad that someone would do this around here," said Chris Pisor.
Later in the night, state police continued their investigation across from the mall at Sheetz. Police say the victims went to the Sheetz and waited for police.

It's not known right now how or why the fight began, but police say Carril knew the victims.
