Kentucky Man Living In Uniontown Indicted For Alleged Role In Capitol Attack
WASHINGTON, D.C. (KDKA) - A grand jury indicted a man living in Uniontown for his alleged role in the riot at the U.S. Capitol.
The Post-Gazette reports Peter Schwartz, who is originally from Kentucky, is accused of spraying an orange substance at police during the riot.
The FBI says he also posted about the riot on his Facebook page, admitting to being there and wrote "what happened was the opening of a war."
He remains in custody.
