U.S. Marshals Arrest 2nd Man Wanted In Threatening Rap Video
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Investigators say the second man wanted in connection with a controversial online rap video that threatens the lives of police officers is now in custody.
The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force says they arrested 18-year-old Jamal Knox of East Liberty in a home in the 400-block of Rosedale Street in Homewood Tuesday afternoon.
He was hiding in the rafters in the attic.
Police say Knox and Rashee Beasley are the men in a locally-produced rap video that calls for the killing of cops and mentions convicted cop killer Richard Poplawski.
The video was posted on YouTube but later removed.
Back in November, Pittsburgh police charged Knox and Beasley with terroristic threats, intimidation of witness or victims, retaliation against witness or victims and conspiracy.
Knox is also wanted by Pittsburgh Police on unrelated charges.
