Shots Fired At Vehicle With 1-Year-Old Child Inside
UNION TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A 1-year-old child was in the car when two men were shot Friday evening in Union Township.
The shooting took place in the 200-block of Atlantic Avenue around 7:30 p.m.
State police say two 25-year-old men, both from New Castle, were in a vehicle at 286 Atlantic Ave., along with a 1-year-old child, when another vehicle drove past the victims along Sunny Avenue and fired multiple shots.
According to police, one of the victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was last reported to be in critical condition. The other victim suffered a gunshot wound and was last reported to be in stable condition at an Ohio hospital. The child was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital and released.
