TTYM: Marshawn Lynch Likes To Dance And Peyton Manning's Backup Is Bored
More Columns here.
In this week's That Thing You Missed Daniel Tosh gives ESPN a science lesson, Peyton Manning's backup doesn't work very hard, and Marshawn Lynch may like to dance as much as he likes Skittles.
Dance Like Everyone's Watching
Marshawn Lynch is a man of few words, but he apparently likes to dance.
After scoring a record four touchdowns against the Giants on Sunday he was getting pumped on the sidelines. Lynch tried to get Steve Hauschka in on the action – but he wasn’t really having any of it.
C’mon Steve don’t you think after four TD’s you could humor him? If I was Lynch I certainly wouldn't share any of my Skittles with him.
And I don’t know about you, but Hauschka is officially crossed off of my party list.
Peyton's Got Back
On Sunday, when the Broncos were trampling the Oakland Raiders, it was only natural for Peyton Manning’s backup Brock Osweiler to think he was going to see a few snaps, right?
Well, not so fast. I mean the Broncos were only winning by 31 points in the third quarter.
If Osweiler thinks it’s tough to be Peyton’s backup. Imagine what it’s like to be Eli.

Tosh.0 host Daniel Tosh has a beef with ESPN and it should be to no one’s surprise he aired his displeasure with the sports network on air.
Tosh is peeved at ESPN for (very obviously) ripping off his outrageously popular “Web Redemption” series with a new segment called “Awesome Video Segment” (original right?) and he called them out with style.
Tosh then one-upped them by doing his spin on ESPN’s Sport Science called Sports Science.0.
Dare I say Tosh’s calculations make more sense than some ESPN number crunching?
Who Is This?
Daniel Tosh isn’t the only one who had beef with ESPN this week.
The network has a contest right now for “the best fans in the world” and as part of their promotion they have been Tweeting to NHL teams to get their fans’ support.
Seriously? ESPN is aware the NHL exists?
And one team was not going to abide ESPN’s sudden attention. As a response to ESPN’s Tweet the Columbus Blue Jackets Tweeted back. “Who is this?”
You see, for those of you who aren’t aware ESPN completely ignores professional hockey. They will show a guy on hockey skates tripping over a run on ice – but they don’t air hockey highlights.
Give that social media manager a raise!
Sore Loser?
I’m big on sportsmanship.
Apparently, not all the players on the Pittsburgh Steelers feel the same way.
At the end of a shocking 20-13 loss Sunday to the Jets, Gang Green was going to take a knee in victory but Mike Mitchell was not going down without a fight. He left over the offensive line in an attempt to strip the ball from Mike Vick. Not cool.
Luckily for those of us who believe in honor amongst athletes the Jets have linemen Nick Mangold.
