Truck Crashes Through Fence, Injures 2 Girls In Penn Hills

PENN HILLS (KDKA) – Two girls were injured after being hit by a SUV in Penn Hills Tuesday night.

According to police, the incident happened near the intersection of Mount Carmel and Aber Roads around 4:30 p.m.

The SUV crashed through a fence and struck an 11-year-old and 12-year-old girl.

"The car hit her so hard she came through the fence and drove her up into the yard. I called 911 and they told me to put no hot water or cold water. She was bleeding from the head," Victor Jones said.

Both of the girls were taken to Children's Hospital.

Their conditions are unknown at this time and no charges have been filed against the 18-year-old driver.
