Tractor Trailer Leaking Substance After Overturning In Armstrong Co.
EAST FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- An overturned tractor trailer sent emergency crews and the Hazmat team to Armstrong County Wednesday afternoon.
The accident happened after 4 p.m. near the Kittanning Bridge in East Franklin Township.
The truck flipped over, and officials say began leaking some type of substance.
