Tomlin: Big Ben Wearing Walking Boot
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - While the Pittsburgh Steelers escaped Buffalo with an overtime win over the Bills on Sunday, some key players suffered injuries.
Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said quarterback Ben Roethlisberger suffered a foot sprain late in the game.
Roethlisberger is expected to be limited in practice early in the week and is currently wearing a walking boot.
If he is unable to play in Sunday night's game against the Baltimore Ravens, Byron Leftwich would get the nod.
Also injured, but expected to play are: defensive end Nick Eason, cornerback Bryant McFadden, safety Troy Polamalu and defensive end Brett Keisel.
Sunday's game is important to both clubs as they are currently tied atop the AFC North division with 8-3 records.
However, Baltimore holds the tiebreak advantage after defeating the Steelers 17-14 in Week 4.
