Tom Ridge Discusses Paterno, Primary
PITTSBURGH (NEWSRADIO 1020 KDKA) -- Tom Ridge, the former governor of Pennsylvania, had the opportunity to work with Joe Paterno over his tenure as governor.
He believes that Paterno's lasting legacy won't be the Jerry Sandusky scandal or even football, but for JoePa's commitment to education at Penn State.
