'The Pitt Boss' Pat Bostick Breaks Down Pitt Opener
PITTSBURGH (SportsRadio 93-7 The FAN) -- Pitt Color Analyst Pat Bostick joined Joe Starkey and Josh Miller of Seibel, Starkey and Miller to discuss the highs and lows of Pitt's 35-16 win over Buffalo.
Being a former college Quarterback himself, we asked Pat to breakdown QB Tino Sunseri's performance on Saturday, as well as the performance of West Virginia QB Geno Smith, two of the Big East's top Quarterback's coming into the season.
One thing that the new Pitt offense wants out of its Quarterback's is mobility, and Pat told us whether or not Tino has enough wheels to make defenses respect his scrambling ability.
The biggest concern Pat had with this team after seeing the first game is the defense and the way the secondary allowed Buffalo's offense to dink and dunk its way past their soft coverage.
Bostick breaks down as much tape as anyone, and we had him preview what Pitt will be facing against Maine this upcoming Saturday.
