Teen Injured In Reported Hit & Run In Fayette County
SPRINGHILL TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A teenager was hospitalized overnight after she was reportedly hit by a vehicle in Fayette County.
According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the hit and run accident happened along New Geneva Road in Springhill Township around 1:30 a.m.
The 16-year-old was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital for treatment, the Post-Gazette reports.
There's been no word on her condition.
Meanwhile, the Post-Gazette reports the driver left the scene but was later taken into custody by police.
