Take A Look Inside Lynn Swann's Luxurious Mansion For Sale
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Former Steelers great Lynn Swann said he reached out to Frank Lloyd Wright protege Tasso Katselas 25 years ago to build his sprawling home in Sewickley Heights.
"He put together some of the ideas I had and he had that fit the terrain of the property and it was my idea to mix the stone and brick to give it a more natural look," Swann said.
Throughout the 6700 square foot space, wows are everywhere you turn. From the living room, to the dining room, to the kitchen Swann describes as "comfortable," the space is incredible.
"That allows for a professional chef to cook and have everything he needs at his disposal," Swann explained. "There is a complete bar in the family room, it's a large room great for conversation and great for entertaining."
Next door is the pool table.

"There have been some great stories around that pool table, it's about a 1950 circa Brunswick pool table, it's pretty cool," he said.
Outside is sprawling wrap around deck, Overlooking the 5.5 acres made for entertaining.
Down the main hall, past the Swann's sons' bedrooms, is the master suite with vaulted ceilings and a spiral staircase leading to the workout room down stairs.
But Swann's favorite place?
"I enjoy the master bathroom with dual shower heads and his and her vanities and water closets," he said.
Downstairs there's another bedroom, another family room, a steam room and sauna, a small kitchen and the wine cellar.
"I built the wine cellar from some plans I got from Senator Heinz, and put the wine cellar in with the oak barrels, the walls are are decorated with panels from French and California board, and a good place to keep cigars the humidity is just right," he said.
How much? $2.25 million.
But Lynn said he might throw in the pool table.
