Suspects Sought After Man Is Shot Multiple Times In Homewood
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are searching for suspects following a shooting Thursday afternoon in Homewood.
The victim was shot several times at the corner of Blackadore and Frankstown Avenues.
The shooting happened around 4 p.m.
According to police, the victim got into an argument after confronting two men and a woman in an alley off of Blackadore Avenue.
Police say one of the men then fired at the victim, who was wounded multiple times.
Officers found the victim, a 36-year-old man from Penn Hills, on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds to the torso and arm. He was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in critical but stable condition.
Investigators found shell casings at the scene.
Police continue to investigate.
