PENN HILLS (KDKA) -- Police have issued an arrest warrant after a man was found with a fatal gunshot wound Wednesday evening in Penn Hills.

The Allegheny County Police Department has identified the suspect in the shooting as 20-year-old Samuel Rice Jr., of the city's Homewood section.

Rice is facing charges of homicide and a firearms violation.

According to police, the victim was found next to his vehicle at a residence on Kansas Avenue around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
