Street Gets Ready As The NFL Combine Approaches
PITTSBURGH (93.7 THE FAN) - All across the country former college football players are getting ready for the upcoming 2014 NFL combine which takes place Feb. 22 to 25.
Former University of Pittsburgh standout wide receiver Devin Street is no different, and he joined Colin Dunlap on 93.7 The FAN Tuesday night to discuss his journey to the combine.
Colin asked Street about the lead up to the combine and if he was feeling anxious as he waited for the day to finally come.
Street told Colin, "I'm anxious for sure, I've been dreaming about it since I was 16 years old, I can still remember the day just sitting in the living room with my mother and just watching the combine and telling her with conviction that I was going to be there one day."
As the combine nears Colin asked Street about the final items he is working on before he gets in front of the NFL GMs.
Street told Colin, "I'm just putting the final last keys and tools of preparation, I'm excited to get out there and compete a little bit and just show the world what I have."
