Steelers Want To Bring Back Flozell Adams Next Season
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Gary Dulac, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that the Pittsburgh Steelers would like to bring back tackle Flozell Adams.
Dulac said, Art Rooney II made the statement about Adams to deny a report that the team would release him next season.
The 35-year-old Adams started all 16 games this season for the Steelers and will be entering his 14th season in the NFL. Prior to signing a two-year $7.5 million deal with the Steelers in 2010, he played for the Dallas Cowboys.
Last season, he was paid $2.5 million and is due a $5 million salary for next season.
