Bell didn't show up for the start of Training Camp at the end of July after he and the team failed to reach a long-term contract agreement.

KDKA Steelers Insider Ed Bouchette of the Post-Gazette tells the "KDKA Morning News" he predicted Bell would report after the last preseason game. He also doesn't think Bell's holdout will affect his play or his relationship with the Steelers' front office.
"They are able to put business aside, as long as there is no nastiness to it...It's just all business, fans don't like to hear that, but that's what it is and Le'Veon decided to do what he did, there was nothing wrong with that because it's all in the collective bargaining agreement," Bouchette said.
The 25-year-old Bell ran for 1,268 yards and seven touchdowns and caught another 75 passes in 12 games for Pittsburgh in 2016.
