Steelers Acquire LB Avery Williamson From New York Jets

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - The Steelers have acquired linebacker Avery Williamson from the New York Jets.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Steelers will send their 2022 fifth-round pick to New York and will receive Williamson along with New York's 2022 seventh round pick.

Williamson is in the final year of a three-year, $22 million deal.
However, Williamson did miss time last year with an ACL injury.

Williamson was the Titans fifth-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft out of Kentucky.
