State Police Investigate Parkway Hit & Run In Green Tree
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- State police say they are searching for the driver of a red pickup truck following a hit-and-run crash along the Parkway Saturday morning.
The accident happened just after 10 a.m. in Green Tree.
According to state police, the driver of the car that was hit was heading east in the middle lane when he reported seeing a red Dodge truck pull up beside him on the right and tried to merge into his lane.
The truck hit the car and pushed it into the concrete median, authorities said.
After the truck hit the car, state police say the truck continued heading east in the left lane.
The driver and the passenger in the car that was hit were not injured.
Anyone with information on the crash or a red Dodge truck with front fender damage is being asked to call state police at 412-787-2000.
