Starks And Sharks Reporters Breakdown Pens' New Acquisitions
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Ray Shero had a busy couple of days as he looked to improve his roster by bringing in Brenden Morrow of the Dallas Stars and Douglas Murray of the San Jose Sharks.
In order to get more information on those players, Starkey, Miller and Mueller had Stars play-by-play announcer Ralph Strangis and San Jose Sharks rink side commentator Brody Brazil join the show to tell us how these guys can help the Pens.
When it comes to Morrow, Strangis said, "it ain't the years, it's the miles with this guy" and he has some hard miles on him. That being said, Strangis says he expects Morrow to give the Pens everything he has left in the tank.

The other Pens acquisition was for Sharks defenseman Douglas Murray, and Brody Brazil told us that, "he's a guy that's going to stay at home...a stay at home defenseman, a big strong guy. If you're looking for the game changing hit, it's probably going to come from him."
