Sportsradio 93.7 The Fan Debuts New Lineup Monday, Jan. 6, 2014

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - Sportsradio 93.7 The Fan will debut a new weekday lineup featuring already popular hosts on the station beginning on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014, it was announced today by Ryan Maguire, program director for the station.

Josh Miller will join The Fan's morning show, broadcast weekdays 6 a.m.-10 a.m., ET, while Andrew Fillipponi will serve as co-host for the station's midday program which can be heard weekdays 10 a.m.-2  p.m. Additionally, Colin Dunlap will move to evenings (6 p.m.-10 p.m.).

"Today's announcement is an exciting step forward in the evolution of The Fan," said Maguire. "We're eager to showcase this new line-up that highlights the incredible talents of Pittsburgh's foremost sports experts.

"Josh's unique sense of humor and insight will set the tone for the remainder of the day, and in Andrew, we have a solid, thought-provoking sports talk show host who has shown he can deliver an informative and opinion-driven program. Colin has grown both as a talk show host and writer in the past year, and his work has scored big with our audiences. We are all very much looking forward to an exciting 2014."

KDKA-FM, Sportsradio 93-7 The Fan is Pittsburgh's top-rated and only FM sports radio station, featuring local sports talk and CBS Sports Radio programs along with play-by-play of the Pittsburgh Pirates, University of Pittsburgh Panther football, and University of Pittsburgh Panther men's basketball. The following is the station's new weekday line-up:

6 a.m.-10 a.m. – "The Fan Morning Show" with Gregg Giannotti, Josh Miller and update anchor Jim Colony

10 a.m.-2 p.m. - "Cook and Poni Show" with Ron Cook and Andrew Fillipponi

2 p.m.-6 p.m. – "Starkey and Mueller Show" with Chris Mueller and Joe Starkey

6 p.m.-10 p.m. – "The Colin Dunlap Programme" with Colin Dunlap

Miller has served as co-host of The Fan's 2 p.m.-6 p.m., ET program. He is a former Pittsburgh Steelers punter who spent 12 seasons in the NFL. He has been with "The Fan" since 2010 as both a talk show host and football analyst.

Fillipponi most recently was host of weeknights (6 p.m.-10 p.m., ET). He has been with The Fan since it launched in February 2010 where he started as the late night host. Fillipponi also has anchored the station's pre- and post-game coverage of Pitt football and men's basketball.

Dunlap began with The Fan as a part-time host in 2010. The former Pittsburgh Post-Gazette sports writer also is a featured sports columnist at www.937thefan.com and a regular contributor on KDKA-TV's Sports Showdown program on Sundays.
