Ski, Snowboarding Season Kicks Off At Seven Springs, Hidden Valley
SEVEN SPRINGS (KDKA) -- Ski and snowboarding season officially starts today at Seven Springs and Hidden Valley.
The resorts first fired up their snow machines back on Nov. 19, and have been cranking out fresh powder all this week.
And of course, they just got a fresh dose from the sky.
Officials with the resorts say they have an average snow base of eight to 26 inches.
Seven Springs has at least eight slopes and trails as well as Arctic Blast terrain parks. Hidden Valley has six to eight slopes and trails and one terrain park.
Both resorts opened today at 9 a.m.
They will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. all weekend.
Hours of operation beyond this weekend will be available later this week.

- $48 per child ages 6-11
Hidden Valley:
- $28 per adult
- $25 per child ages 6-11
