Sinkhole In Plum Reduces Local Road To Single Lane
LEECHBURG (KDKA) -- A sinkhole/slide in Plum Boro has forced crews to put road restrictions in place on Old Leechburg Road.
According to PennDOT, the roadway has been reduced to a single alternating lane after the ground gave way overnight below the road.
It happened between Ross Hollow Road and Lee Ann Court.
Authorities say no time line had been put in place for repairs to the road. Temporary stop signs will control traffic.
Officials say drivers traveling in that area should expect stop-and-go traffic conditions.
