Several Cows Electrocuted In Beaver County
MARION TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – For the second time this week, cows in the area have been electrocuted.
According to emergency dispatchers, several cows were electrocuted along Route 588 in Marion Township, Beaver County around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The cows were electrocuted by some sparking transformers.
Earlier this week, 10 cows were electrocuted and killed by a power line in Pulaski Township, Lawrence County.
Joyce and Laird Whiting said they lost eight adult cows and two calves when they came in contact with a live power line.
