Allegheny County opens applications for funding from Mon Valley Public Health Fund
Applications are now open for the Mon Valley Public Health Fund. Allegheny County said the fund is a result of the settlement reached with U.S. Steel for the 2018 Christmas Eve fire.
Anyone interested can visit the application portal.
"Applicants should select the "Mon Valley Public Health & Welfare Fund" application. The application for this round of funding will be open from June 3, 2024, through July 5, 2024," Allegheny County said.
