Scout Profile Of Steelers' Potential Draft Pick
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) – Many mock drafts have the Steelers selecting a cornerback with their first pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, but Kirk Larrabee of 247Sports.com has a scouting profile of an outside linebacker the team could be looking at.
According to Larrabee, the Steelers could be interested in Missouri outside linebacker Markus Golden.
The 6-foot-2-inch, 260-pound Golden recorded 78 tackles, 10 sacks and 13 tackles for a loss last year, while being named to the second-team All-SEC.
While the Steelers will be looking for help at the outside linebacker position, Golden may not be an immediate answer there as he's not believed to be anything more than a fourth or fifth-round talent.
