1 Hospitalized, Student Evaluated After Lawrence Co. Crash
UNION TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- One person was hospitalized and a student was evaluated after an accident involving a school bus and a car in Lawrence County on Friday afternoon.
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on Matthews Road near Route 422 in Union Township.
According to officials at the scene, one student was evaluated at the scene, but not taken to the hospital.
The school bus driver and another student were not injured.
The driver of the car was trapped for a short time.
That person was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center by ambulance.
There's no word on their condition.
