Sanders On Roethlisberger, 'I'm Predicting He Will Play'

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - Every Tuesday morning for the rest of the Steelers season, wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders will join the Fan Morning Show to talk about all things Steelers.

Today was the inaugural appearance, and the guys started off by breaking down last Sunday's loss to the Texans, and Ben Roethlisberger's injured foot.

Emmanuel said that he expects Roethlisberger to play. "[Ben] has a little limp to him," Sanders said, "but, you know Ben, he's a tough guy."

The Steelers are not playing to the level at which they hoped, and Emmanuel says that they will be fine, they just have to keep working and practicing on their game.

The guys have some fun talking about the play where Emmanuel forgot to touch a Colts defender who intercepted a Roethlisberger pass and allowed him to get up and run with the ball. Emmanuel called it his "c'mon man moment," but said it will never happen again.

Looking forward to the Titans, Emmanuel knows how good the Tennessee defense is, but he thinks that they will be able to have some success if they play their game. He is excited to return to Heinz Field and play in front of the home crowd.
