Running Back Isaac Redman Looking Forward To Chance To Become Number One Running Back
Steelers Running Back Isaac Redman joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93.7 The FAN to discuss his season, and his potential future as the Steelers number one running back.
Redman said no disrespect to anyone else, but he views himself as a number one running back and is striving to make sure that happens. It was his dream as a kid to become a star running back in the NFL, and Redman said he felt a lot of pressure going into the Denver playoff game, but has always played well in those types of situations.
Mike Tomlin has used some tough love tactics with Isaac to motivate him, and he told us what kind of methods Tomlin used and how it worked to motivate him.
Isaac also talked about the team voting Antonio Brown as their MVP, and gave his reasons why he voted for Antonio.
We also talked to Isaac about his offseason plans which include dropping some weight to improve his speed, and he said he'll be ready for the competition to be the number one running back on the depth chart when camp opens up.
