Two Injured In Route 28 Accident
MILLVALE (KDKA) -- A rollover accident shut down the northbound lanes of Route 28 for a few hours Saturday.
Two people were reportedly injured in the accident, which happened around 1:30 p.m. An SUV was travelling in an outbound lane when it struck multiple jersey barriers and then rolled over near the Millvale exit and the 40th Street Bridge. Police say the initial 911 call reported that a chunk of concrete had fallen onto the roadway, causing the vehicle to crash.

The northbound lanes of Route 28 reopened shortly before 6 p.m.
The extent of the victims' injuries is unknown.
