Both Lanes Of 28 South Reopened After Landslide
HARMAR TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) - Route 28 South in Harmar Township is back open to two lanes after being limited to one lane for several days.
The single-lane closure was in place because of a landslide between the Harmar and RIDC interchanges.
Geotechnical engineers have inspected the site and determined that the hillside is currently stable.
