Route 28 Follows New Traffic Pattern
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A new traffic pattern is in place on route 28.
Northbound traffic now travels under the 31st Street Bridge.
Drivers are being shifted to the right of where they've been used to driving -- onto the new temporary lanes, which come back up on the other side of the bridge.
Expect delays while people get used to the new traffic pattern.
