Rorabaugh: Bennett Stood Out In Preseason Opener
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan)- The Penguins opened the preseason in Columbus Sunday night with a 5-4 overtime loss to the Blue Jackets. Seth Rorabaugh of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Empty Netters Blog told Paul Zeise that a second year player stood out.
"I think that the guy who really maybe stood out was Beau Bennett," Rorabaugh said. "(Sunday) just looked like he was really on the same page again with Malkin and Neal."
Zeise asked Rorabaugh what the most important thing will be for the Penguins in the next few weeks.
"Probably just trying to fill out the bottom parts of their roster," Rorabaugh said.
